What’s this all about?

2020 in Canada this fall has us moving from outdoor to indoor training. Those clients wishing to receive & continue high-value impact and coaching for their training objectives will be able to take part in “Fitness Bubble Series”. It is delivered in a small group format that will give you the energy of a group fitness class, with the attention and specialty of personal training!


  • You identify your social bubble of 2 to 3 other individuals (max 4)
  • You each sign up for the Series of your choice (Payment may also be by cash or made via e-transfer to [email protected])

What’s Included

  • Each Fitness Bubble Series has a date and time allocated to it
  • Each Series will run for 4 weeks to allow a degree of flexibility given the constant changing nature of government guidelines
  • Classes are 45 min in length
  • Bonus: Access to the BBY Fitness App with 4 digital workouts (w/videos & descriptions of the exercise)
  • A monthly feature recipe
  • Monthly Q&A video with BBY coaches – happens on the 1st Monday of each month at 5pm EST via Zoom or FB Group Live (replay will be on FB) or can be delivered to your App.

Can’t make a class?

If you can’t make a class because someone in your household is ill, we still want you to participate from home virtually. We will set up a Zoom call so you can still do the workout and I can still watch and coach you.

More About The Series

Each training session aims to leave you challenged, and pushes you when your brain isn’t cooperating so you can create lasting changes in your body. You will have a greater understanding of technique, new exercise ideas, and “why” these are proper exercises for you. 

You will be using equipment which may include free weights, cable machines, cardio equipment, TRX, Equalizers, Bosu and more.

You will work to your own ability and intensity. Necessary modifications, exercises, and intensity will be assigned for each person.

If you have a group of 2 or 3 friends that would like to take part in a series but the dates and times listed are not convenient for you, send us a message and we may be able to accommodate a custom session for you.

Please note: all new clients must complete a health history form and waiver.


Please note there are no refunds for missed classes. We ask for a minimum of 48hrs notice if you need to cancel. If you need to stay home but can still workout, we will set up a Zoom call for you to join in on the session. 

Medical/illness related cancellations: If you feel ill, let me know as soon as possible. If you do need to cancel for medical illness reasons, we will hold that session in credit for you. 

If you are not ill but you miss the session please note you will forgo your payment for that session. Please try to avoid these types of last minute cancellations.
