What’s this all about?

Body By You has the perfect way to start, continue, or master your fitness journey. Our new Training Learning Series is delivered in a small group format that will give you the energy of a group fitness class, with the attention and speciality of personal training!

Reset, re-educate and re-energize your mind to propel your strength, health and fitness.

How It Works

Want to focus on building your glutes? Shoulders? Endurance? Each Mini Series runs once a week over a 4 week period, focusing on specific muscle groups or training types. Over 45 minute classes you will be provided with training that leaves you challenged, and pushes you to create lasting changes in your body. Leave the series with a greater understanding of technique, new exercise ideas, and “why” these are proper exercises for you. At the end of the each series you will also receive access to our online app which includes the workouts, exercises, and extra information that will help continue your fitness journey once the series is over.

We require a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4 people to ensure ultimate attention and quality of training.

Who is this good for?

ANYONE! If you’re ready to put in the work, we’re ready to help! These mini series are great for the beginner to the more experienced because each person will work to their own abilities and progress them. All classes will provide necessary modifications, exercises, and intensity needed for individual advancement.

How do I sign up?

Scroll down, choose the date, time and series topic you wish to register for. Sign up individually or get a few friends together. Remember there is a 4 person max per time slot. If a particular time slot is fully booked, you won’t be able to proceed with check out.

If you have a group of 3 or 4 friends that would like to take part in a series but the dates and times listed are not convenient for you, send us a message and we may be able to accommodate a custom session for you.

Please note: all new clients must complete a health history form and waiver.

Series Topic Description
HIIT IT HARD This session is all about interval training. When done correctly, interval training can not only amp up your strength but improve your endurance and cardio significantly.

This will be a total body workout designed to make you sweat and torch some calories.

BODY BLITZ A great opportunity to strengthen your entire body.

We will create a balanced routine that hits every major muscle group.

A cardio element will be incorporated in this series along with resistance/weight training.

ROCK SOLID SHOULDERS & CORE Build shape, strength and stability with this series.

Healthy shoulders and a strong core are key to keeping the body aligned and functioning properly to manage daily tasks with ease.

Work major and minor muscles effectively to begin changing the shape of your body.

GLUTE CAMP (glutes & core) Your glutes and core are the powerhouses of your body. Weakness in these areas can cause pain throughout the body and a frumpy shape.

This series will fire up the glutes and torch the core to get you building a proper and solid foundation for your powerhouse!

BODACIOUS BACKSIDES Most people neglect their back body and this can cause weak and over stretched muscles leading to imbalance, poor posture and potentially injuries.

We will wake up this entire chain.

Learn new ways to better target your glutes, stimulate your back and strengthen your legs.

* For the Monday Series – there is no class Feb 17 (Family Day) however this class will be made up Friday Feb 21 or Mon Mar 9 based on the preference of the group.


BBY Training Studio – All sessions are done in the private yet commercial training studio of BBY Founder and IFBB Fitness Pro Tamara Vahn. Depending on the Specialty Class chosen, equipment used may include free weights, cable machines, cardio equipment, TRX, Equalizers, Bosu and more.  Main intersection Third Line & Rebecca st., Oakville ON. Suitable for:
ANYONE! If you’re ready to put in the work, we’re ready to help! With the feel and energy of a group fitness class but the one-on-one attention of personal training, these mini series are great for the beginner to the more experienced. All classes will provide necessary modifications, exercises, and intensity needed for individual advancement.

Duration: 45 minutes

Dates & Times:
Each Specialty Training Series will focus on a specific topic and runs for 4 weeks. Classes are held at 7pm. The topic will change every 4 weeks. The schedule for all Series' this Winter are listed in the drop down menu.

What to bring:
Clean indoor athletic shoes are required. Water. Sweat towel.

Additional Info:
BBY Training App - At the end of each series, participants will be provided with login details to download and access the BBY Training app. Participants will have online access to the workouts for 30 days. If a participant continues into the next series, their online access will remain active.

Online Nutrition Store - The offer for free shipping will be applied once a preferred customer account is set up for each participant. An email will be generated to notify each participant of their login details.
