Strong 30® + Stretch – Wednesdays @ 9:30am (60min)


Let’s HIIT it! This ain’t no dance class! It’s a new body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training class set to amazing music. In the first 30 min you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. This will push your limit and we’ll have fun doing it. Modifications will be provided. Your last 30 min will focus on stretching and lengthening those tight muscles throughout the body while promoting better circulation and joint ease. Please note this class is not suitable for participants new to exercise (those that haven’t done anytime of fitness session at all).

If you want to register after September 25th, 2019 please contact us and we will gladly prorate the fees for you. Or you can buy a 10 Class Pass here and use it for any of the group fitness classes offered.

Suitable for:
Adv Beginner – Intermediate – Advanced fitness levels.
Must have basic knowledge of a squat, lunge, push up, and be able to go to the floor for floor work throughout the hour.

Duration: 60 minutes (30m min Cardio/Conditioning + 30 min Stretch)

Refund Policy:
Please note there are no refunds for missed classes however you are welcome to attend any other class in the same Term to make-up for the one(s) you missed. All you have to do is email us to schedule your make-up class.

No Classes on the following dates due to 2019 holidays:

Mon Feb 18, March 11-15 (March Break), Fri Apr 19, Mon Apr 22, Mon May 20, Mon Oct 14 and no evening classes Oct 31st.
