A perfect way to get back into fitness and feeling energized, all while your little new bundle of joy sits back and takes in the entertainment. This class is taught by a Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist and attention is given to specific stages and abilities of each mama in postpartum. At times your little one may be watching you or sleeping and other times, you may incorporate them into your actual workout.

Baby carriers and capsule car seats are all welcome. Feeding is allowed. Mommies must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have doctors clearance to exercise. Suitable typically for babies 6 weeks to toddler. And we understand that at times some siblings are not in daycare at this time and mamas are at home with 2 kids. Please feel free to bring both kids.

Our space is fabulous for this age group. The walls are padded and electrical outlets are out of reach. We welcome you to contact us should you have any questions at all.

Please note: Strollers are not permitted on the gym floor.

We take late registrations (at a prorated rate) up to 1 week after the term has started. This is to ensure all participants are exposed to proper progressions. Please contact us if you wish to join after the sessions start date.

Suitable for:
Beginner to Intermediate

60 minutes. Although we will stay an extra 15 minutes if the babies dictate it!

Dates & Times:
This class occurs two times per week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:45 AM.

What to bring:
A mat, water, towel, indoor non-marking shoes.

Please also bring anything you require to make baby comfortable such as blankets, toys, milk/water or nut-free snacks.

Refund Policy:
Please note there are no refunds for missed classes however you are welcome to attend the Tuesday 10:30am Body Basics or 7:30pm Yoga class in the same Term to make-up for the one(s) you missed. All you have to do is email us to schedule your make-up class. Note: Tuesday class locations are different.

No Classes on the following dates due to 2020 holidays:

March 16-20 – March Break, Fri April 10 – Good Friday, Mon April 13 – Easter Monday, Mon May 18 – Victoria Day.

    I attended these classes every week on my Mat leave and wish I could still go. The atmosphere is amazing, you can stop and take care of your little one whenever needed and they are free to move around once they are old enough. There is also no stress to start or stop on time as everyone is on the babies schedule. Tamara will usually be seen holding or feeding the babies during class as well. 🙂
