A lot goes on during the consultation. This is a time for both parties to start to get to know one another. We discuss your goals and what you want to get out of your sessions, your experience with fitness, health history, and your existing challenges. We will do measurements and get you moving with some general fitness testing to establish some baselines. This takes approx. 30min.
Personal Training Sessions
Each session is 45 minutes.
You need clean fitness shoes and come dressed to sweat.
How the time is used in your session is based on your needs. For example, some situations call for a shorter “work” segment and a longer stretch segment. While others necessitate a longer “work” segment and a shorter stretch segment. Others may want to use part of the time discussing nutrition and supplementation. We’re flexible. Remember, it’s all about you.
Oh ya, and sometimes we give fitness homework! Be ready.
Now, we want to let you know some fine print right off the bat and that is Tamara only takes on a limited number of clients to train in-person due to the demands of her schedule and the high level of service she likes to provide. At the moment, she cannot take any clients earlier than 9am…(2 kids at home, school drop offs, and other committments). So if you’re someone who likes to get their workout in early, we have more amazing trainers who like that time of day as well and we will get you started asap.
