This class is all about High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Everyone’s level of high intensity is relative so you can work at a pace suitable for you. But we will push you a bit out of your comfort zone to stimulate those muscles encouraging strength gains.
We alternate formats in this class from week to week. One week we will do a 30 min workout followed by a 30 min stretch to release tension and encourage flexibility. The following week we will do STRONG by Zumba®. This ain’t no dance class! It’s a new body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training class set to amazing music. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. This will push your limit and we’ll have fun doing it. Modifications will be provided.
If you want to register after April 15th, 2019 please contact us and we will gladly prorate the fees for you. Or you can buy a 10 Class Pass here and use it for any of the group fitness classes offered.
Adv Beginner – Intermediate – Advanced fitness levels.
Must have basic knowledge of a squat, lunge, push up, and be able to go to the floor for floor work throughout the hour.

Please note there are no refunds for missed classes however you are welcome to attend any other class in the same Term to make-up for the one(s) you missed. All you have to do is email us to schedule your make-up class.
