Body Basics – Tuesdays @ 10:45am (30min)


Get your confidence back and ease your way into fitness. This is a very special class and spaces are limited to ensure strict focus and attention is given to each participant. This is a low impact, back to basics class focusing on proper form, posture, mobility and range of motion.

This class is fabulous for people new to exercises, those who haven’t exercised in many years, those who don’t know where to start, and those coming off of an injury or rehab from a medical condition.

We break down base moves such as scapular retraction, squat, hinges, and overhead raises to ensure confidence, proper technique and mobility is achieved before heading into more challenging classes or movements. Join any time.

If you want to register after Sept 24th, 2019 please contact us and we will gladly prorate the fees for you. Or you can buy a 10 Class Pass here and use it for any of the group fitness classes offered.

Refund Policy:
Please note there are no refunds for missed classes however you are welcome to attend any other class in the same Term to make-up for the one(s) you missed. All you have to do is email us to schedule your make-up class.

No Classes on the following dates due to 2019 holidays:
