Body Overhaul – Mondays @ 9:30am (60min)


Has your body been through the ringer? Need an overhaul? Let’s get down and dirty and shake things up. Beginner or Pro, 18 or 80…it doesn’t matter. Led by a personal trainer, this class will kick your body into gear. Learn functional strength moves and build some cardio across many styles of athletic training. You’ll never be bored because no 2 classes are the same. And there are many ways to build strength and stamina in exercises and we will show you variations specific for you. Get ready to burn calories, torch fat and sweat, guaranteed!

If you want to register after September 23rd, 2019 please contact us and we will gladly prorate the fees for you. Or you can buy a 10 Class Pass here and use it for any of the group fitness classes offered.

Refund Policy:
Please note there are no refunds for missed classes however you are welcome to attend any other class in the same Term to make-up for the one(s) you missed. All you have to do is email us to schedule your make-up class.
